This Saturday, we celebrate Armed Forces Day and honor the brave men and women currently serving our country. From all of us at Sea Pirate Campground, thank you for your service, sacrifice, and dedication.
As families gather together to relax, reconnect, and make memories near Long Beach Island, we’re excited to kick off another fun-filled campground weekend packed with activities for kids, parents, and campers of all ages.
Main Event: Live Music by Poor Mouth Henry
Saturday night’s featured event is live music on the pool deck by Poor Mouth Henry from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Bring a chair, relax with family and friends, and enjoy a night of classic rock under the evening sky. After a full day of campground activities, it’s the perfect way to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere that makes Sea Pirate Campground such a special place for summer memories.
Friday, May 15 Activities
Jumping Pillow 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM
The Jumping Pillow is always one of the most exciting attractions for kids at Sea Pirate Campground. It’s the perfect place for children to burn energy, laugh with new friends, and start the weekend off right.
Please remember that wristbands must be worn and will be checked.
Hayride & Meet Kiwi 8:20 PM to 9:00 PM
Before the hayride begins, families will have a chance to meet Sea Pirate Campground’s mascot, Kiwi.
Head over to the office at 8:20 PM to say hello, take photos, and enjoy the excitement before the hayride begins promptly at 8:30 PM.

Saturday, May 16 Activities
Saturday is packed with family-friendly activities all throughout the day.
Jumping Pillow 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Another chance for kids to bounce, laugh, and play with campground friends.
Wristbands are required.
Ceramics 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM
Meet in the Treasure Room to paint ceramics and create a keepsake from your camping trip.
- Cost ranges from $1–15 depending on the piece selected
- Acrylic paint is used and may stain clothing
This activity is always a favorite for creative campers and families looking to slow down and spend quality time together.
Team Handball 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM
Head over to the field by the pond and bring your friends for a fun game of team handball.
Whether your kids are competitive or simply want to run around and meet new friends, it’s a great way to enjoy the afternoon outdoors.
Tie Dye 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Meet on the field by the pool for one of the most colorful activities of the weekend: tie dye.
There is a fee for participation, but campers leave with a fun wearable memory from their trip to Sea Pirate Campground.
Jumping Pillow 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM
One more evening session before the night’s live music begins.
Live Music on the Pool Deck by Poor Mouth Henry 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Enjoy classic rock, warm spring weather, and a relaxing night with fellow campers on the pool deck.
Sunday, May 17 Activities
Sunday keeps the family fun going before the weekend wraps up.
Sensory Bottles 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Meet in the Treasure Room to make your own sensory bottle.
- $3 per bottle
This calming and creative activity is especially popular with younger children.
Jumping Pillow 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM
One final chance for kids to bounce and play before heading home.
Wristbands are required.
