Friday, August 7: Bike Parade, Pool Games, Crafts, and Kiwi

Friday is packed with family-friendly activities, starting in the morning and continuing into the evening.

Jumping Pillow

9:30 AM – 11:00 AM
Kids can start the day with Jumping Pillow fun.
Wristbands must be worn and will be checked.

Hot Potato

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Meet at the pool and bring your friends for a quick, fun game.

Poolside Bingo

12:30 PM – 1:30 PM
Head to the pool to participate in Poolside Bingo.
Winners will receive a coupon for Queen Ann’s Galley or the Treasure Room.

Ice Cream Eating Contest

2:00 PM – 2:15 PM
Head to the pool deck to participate.
This is a fun one for campers who are ready to cool off with a little friendly competition.

Under the Sea Themed Bike Contest

2:15 PM – 2:30 PM
Meet outside the office with the Activities staff and your bikes.
Winners will be selected at 2:30 PM sharp.

Decorate your bike with an under-the-sea theme and show off your creativity.

Under the Sea Themed Bike Parade

2:30 PM – 3:00 PM
Follow the Activities staff around the campground and show off your decorated bikes.

This is one of those campground moments that families love. Kids get excited, parents take pictures, and everyone gets to enjoy the creativity rolling through Sea Pirate Campground.

Splash a Camper

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM
Meet on the field by the pool and don’t be afraid to get wet.

Sand Art

Prices range from $2–$5, depending on the bottle selected.

Jumping Pillow

6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Another chance for kids to jump, play, and laugh with campground friends.

Hayride and Meet Kiwi

8:20 PM – 9:00 PM
Head over to the office to see Sea Pirate’s mascot, Kiwi, before hopping on the hayride.
The hayride will start at 8:30 PM, and Kiwi will leave at that time.

For many kids, meeting Kiwi and riding the hayride becomes one of their favorite memories of the weekend.

Saturday, August 8: Boat Regatta, Live Music, and Pacific Island Dancers

Saturday brings one of the biggest events of the weekend: Bob McArthur’s Boat Regatta.

It is also a full day of crafts, pool fun, music, games, and a special evening performance by the Pacific Island Dancers.

Trophies will be handed out.

Meet in the Treasure Room to paint.
Cost ranges from $1–$15, depending on the piece selected.
Acrylic paint is used and can stain clothes.
