Located a few minutes from the beautiful beaches of Long Beach Island, Sea Pirate Campground has something for everyone. Taking a road trip? Pull your RV right into camp and settle in. If that’s not your style, choose from different sizes and layouts of cottages and cabins, some of which are handicapped accessible. Or for the dad that wants his kids to “rough” it, pitch your tent and set up camp.
When it comes to entertainment, there is plenty in store for kids of all ages, even you, dad! They offer unlimited recreational opportunities, both inside and outside. If you want to spend time on, and in, the water, you’re in luck! Sea Pirate offers crabbing, fresh and saltwater fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Looking to relax, or splash around, take the gang down to the pool for a refreshing dip.
For some non-water related games, head to the playground, toss some horseshoes or hit the volleyball court. Dad, you can relax while the kids run around. As the day winds down and you’re seeking some escape from the summer sun, check out the arcade. There are plenty of events and activities to partake in, such as movies, bingo, arts & crafts, ceramics, and hayrides.

It lists all of their events and activities, but most importantly, the theme of each weekend or week. In early spring, every weekend has a theme and then once summer hits each week has a theme. They range from Celebrating America Week to Christmas in July to Magic Science Week, so pick your favorite theme or let the kids help you decide!
Staying for a while and want to explore the area? Take a day trip to Long Beach Island, do some shopping and play in the sand. Since it is just a short drive to the island, the whole family can enjoy all of the activities offered on the campsite as well as a day at the beach. Be sure to keep an eye out for some fan favorite events at Sea Pirate Campground including the Chili Cook Off weekend, Crab Fest, and the Classic and Antique Car Show. And there is no need for anyone to miss out; bring the whole family down for the fun, even your furry friends. The Sea Pirate is a pet friendly campground!
